Where To See Santa In Miami This Christmas Season

MIAMI, FL — Visits and pictures with Santa are treasured traditions for many Miami-area families. For them, there’s nothing quite like seeing jolly old St. Nick live and in person.

In Miami-Dade County, kids have several chances:

• Santa’s Enchanted Forest, Miami, This holiday attraction, featuring time and photos with Santa, opened Nov. 9 and runs through Jan. 7.
• Westland Mall, Hialeah, photos with Santa Nov. 22 through Dec. 24. Reservations recommended but not required.
• Aventura Mall, Aventura, Nov. 24 through Dec. 24, Santa is available for photos in the Holiday Village, which also includes treats, local crafts and more.
• Dolphin Mall, Miami, photos with Santa available Nov. 24 through Dec. 24.
• Miami International Mall, Doral, The Santa Photo Experience opens Dec. 1.
• Deering Estate, Miami, Santa visits Dec. 16, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Enjoy storytime with Santa’s elves and arts and crafts activities.

Santa arrived Nov. 5 at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Santa’s Wonderland and will hold court through Christmas Eve. Reservations are encouraged.

JC Penney stores, including stores in the Sarasota area, are offering professional portraits with Santa through Dec. 18.
