1. An investigation is underway after a woman driving a Maserati on I-95 was shot several times by an unknown attacker in the area of Northwest 119th Street on Sunday. Police said the the vehicle was shot over 30 times and the victim was also struck several times on the left side of her body. (WPLG Local 10)

2. Three people were killed and two other people were critically injured in a fiery crash on I-95 in Miami-Dade early Sunday on New Year's Day at around 4:45 a.m., according to officials. FHP said a Nissan Altima traveling north on I-95 in the area of Northwest 95th Street lost control and collided with a Dodge Challenger. (NBC Miami)

3. Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro has set a new record for a home purchases in Pinecrest, purchasing a non-waterfront property at the tune of $10.5 million. The home is an eight bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom mansion off Southwest 124th Street. (The Real Deal - Miami)

4. Carlos Correcha-Price has joined UHealth – University of Miami Health System and the Miller School of Medicine as the new chief marketing and communications officer. 5. City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez is predicting that people from all over the world will move to Miami in 2023, amid an affordable housing crisis.
