1 Killed In Fiery DUI Crash In Pasco County: FL Highway Patrol
A man was was arrested, charged with driving under the influence manslaughter in an early Sunday wrong-way crash, FL Highway Patrol said.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — One man was killed and another arrested for driving under the influence in a fiery wrong-way crash early Sunday morning, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.
Kevin Jomell Marshall, 37, of Seffner was driving an SUV that was heading west in the eastbound lanes of State Road 56 just after 3 a.m. He collided nearly head-on with a pick-up truck driving east on the road, FHP said.
Both vehicles rotated with the SUV coming to a stop in the travel lanes and the truck traveling into the outside shoulder, where it overturned and burst into flames.

The truck’s driver, a man who hasn’t been identified, died at the scene of the crash, FHP said.
Marshall and his wife, 33, both suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were brought to an area hospital.

Troopers later determined that Marshall was impaired and after he was released from the hospital, he was arrested for DUI manslaughter and DUI property damage, FHP said. His breath sample registered at .171
