14-Year-Old Missing from Holiday
Philamina Anastasia Kinney is believed to have run away from home.

A 14-year-old girl has gone missing from her Holiday home and is being considered an “endangered runaway.”
Philamina Anastasia Kinney went missing Oct. 15, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities believe she ran away on her own accord, said sheriff's office spokesman Doug Tobin.

There is no indication of abduction or foul play at this point, Tobin said. Authorities believe she ran away, possibly with a boyfriend, he added.
Philamina had been meeting people online through social networks, Tobin said.

The sheriff’s office is concerned about her and is actively working the case to attempt to find her. So are her caregivers, Tobin said.
She is thought to still be in the Tampa Bay area.
Philamina has brown eyes, shoulder-length blond hair and is 5 feet, 3 inches tall. She may go by Philly or Anna.
When she was last seen, the tips of her hair were dyed brown and she was wearing glasses.
