Try visiting Starkey Ranch in Odessa to the Spirit People Intertribal Family, an American Indian group, perform its Spring Pow Wow, according to the Suncoast News.  The pow wow lasts from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday. It also goes from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
