- The proposal to provide streetscaping for the Main Street Landing property. As much as $200,000 in Penny for Pasco funds could be used.
- A proposal that city staff had hoped would spur the redevelopment of the Hacienda Hotel.
- Community Hospital is planning on moving most of its services to a new facility in Trinity. City staff is proposing that New Port Richey partner with the administrators of Community Hospital to create a plan for redevelopment of the vacant part of the property and the surrounding area when the services are moved out. The plan is estimated to cost $55,000.
- A proposed ordinance amendment to allow patrons to take a beer bought at a local bar into a special event heid in a public section of the city
