1.     We could see rain and a thunderstorm after 2 p.m. It will be mostly cloudy with a high near 80.

2.      The Profits Benefit Children nonprofit is holding the today at the Elks Lodge at 7201 Congress St., New Port Richey. Miss USA 2011 Jane Rullier is slated to be there to greet guests to the event. Donations will be collected and attendees will be provided a meal and multicultural show. Ticket proceeds will benefit YES! of America United, Inc., an organization for people with disabilities,  and raffle and vendor proceeds will benefit the Robin Raina Foundation.The party runs from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
