River Ridge Returning To Normal Activity

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — The River Ridge campus is returning to normal activity after the Pasco County Sheriff's office responded to the school for a possible threat.

"Students did the responsible thing in reporting to their SRO that they heard a rumor that there was a gun on campus," the sheriff's office said.

The rumors were determined to be false.

Deputies urged any students with information to share it with their teachers or a deputy on campus.
