A Holiday man stands accused of masturbating in front of a 14-year old girl. The man told the 14-year-old to show him her genitals and behind on multiple occasions, according to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office arrest report. He also asked her to undress so he could rub her back and behind and has masturbated in front of her. The man, who is disabled, admitted to asking the girl to take her shirt off so that he could rub her back. He also admitted giving her a muscle relaxant prescribed to him, according to deputies. Mathew L. Kinney, 45, of 4607 Eastwood Lane was arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition Monday. He remained in jail Tuesday in lieu of $10,000 bail.
