First EcoFest Showcases Wild West Pasco
Take a look back at the celebration of Pasco's natural beauty.
Visitors and residents experienced West Pasco's wild natural beauty at the first Pasco EcoFest.
The three-day event, which ran Nov. 18-20, invited guests to go on adventures at 11 parks in the western half of the county. It was planned by Pam Marron and Marj Golub, co-chairs of the Suncoast Arts Fest. The fest included county, state and city parks.
There was kayaking at on the Gulf, drumming on the beach, horseback riding, eco-tours at Anclote Key, a bonfire, a Nature and Wildlife Art Show sponsored by the West Pasco Art Guild and participated in by other groups, a geo-caching contest, s'mores and more.
