2. The New Port Richey City Council is meeting tomorrow night at city hall, starting at 7 p.m. Among the issues on the agenda are: 

• The first reading of an ordinance that allows the city to move forward with a plan to lease out property to a cell phone tower company. The ordinance allows the city to vote on entering into a master agreement to host cell towers on rented city property and share the revenue from them.
• A vote on a plan to contract out the collection of $690,000 in unpaid code enforcement fees to a private company.
• Votes on new contracts with the New Port Richey Police and Fire Rescue departments.
