4.     A new development in the event cost recovery debate that has arisen as New Port Richey tries to iron out the holes in its proposed fiscal year 2012 budget. Robert Napper, with the St. Petersburg Times, reports that the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce has been talking with other venues about moving the Chasco Fiesta out of town.
