Missing Holiday Man Found
Pasco County deputies needed help finding a 23-year-old man who has been reported as missing and endangered.

HOLIDAY, FL — The Pasco County Sheriff's Office says Jesse Richard Handsaker has been found safe.

The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is asking residents to keep a look out for a missing 23-year-old man. According to the agency, Jesse Richard Handsaker left his home in the 3000 block of Peterborough Street around 7 a.m. Thursday.

“At the time, Jesse was seen wearing no clothes,” the agency wrote in an email to media. Deputies say Handsaker was possibly headed toward the Red Apple Adult Education Center in New Port Richey.
Handsaker “has been diagnosed with brain development issues, diabetes, and has the mental capacity of a six year old,” the email noted.

Anyone who sees Handsaker is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 800-706-2488 immediately.
