“This was initially thought to possibly be a hit and run, but trauma to the upper body has revealed what investigators now believe is a homicide,” an email from the sheriff’s office said.
The sheriff's office is now looking for Brendan Michael Sigismondi, 32, in connection with Blow's death. Sigismondi is described as having strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. He stands about 5-foot-8 and weighs an estimated 190 pounds.
