Port Richey, FL – NAMI Pasco announces yearlong wellness program, 22 in 22. This pilot program will lead 22 participants through a 12-month journey to become the best versions of themselves both mentally and physically. The program will focus on 5 main pillars of wellness: nutrition, exercise, sleep, community, and mental wellbeing.

The program launches with a kickoff call on January 4th and will end on Dec. 13th, 2022. Each week participants will get a new wellness lesson and weekly assignment. In addition, they will earn points for various activities throughout the program. Point levels will earn them prizes along the way. In the end, the team with the most points will get a special “day out”.

This program is being led by NAMI Pasco’s Executive Director, Debbie L. Proulx who recently became certified as a Health and Wellness Coach and is currently pursuing national board certification with the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches. “This program is very exciting because instead of just focusing on one aspect of a person’s wellbeing it is focusing on the entire person and acknowledges that all of the parts are connected” she stated.
