New Port Richey City Council To Review Critical Employee

Amidst public concerns, the New Port Richey Council will conduct an annual performance and salary review of the city manager.

On April 6th, 2023 at 7pm, the City council will evaluate the work of their hired employee Deborah Manns (city manager) responsible for city operations.

Last year, Deborah Manns reported in a public record request that she made $67.83 per hour. It was not made clear if she had other incentive pays and bonus’.
