Pan to the Head, Attack, Lands Man in Jail
Joseph Podolski told deputies he got mad because the victim called him a junkie.

A man was arrested Monday night after attacking someone with kitchen implements in a New Port Richey home, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
During an argument at 6006 13th Ave., Joseph Podolski, 21, grabbed a pan and struck a female on the forehead with it, according to an arrest report. He then grabbed two kitchen knives and charged, threatening to kill her.
The victim is related to Podolski by blood. Other family members wrested the knives from Podolski’s hands. He fled the house with another knife before deputies arrived. He was found in the backyard of a residence on Madison Street and deputies had to subdue him.

Podolski admitted to attacking the woman, according to the arrest report, and said he did it because he was mad at her due to her calling him a junkie.
The victim suffered a large bump on her head but refused medical attention.

Podolski was arrested and charged with felony domestic battery, aggravated domestic battery and resisting arrest without violence.
