Pasco County's Building Permit Process Goes Online Oct. 2
This new process allows customers to apply for commercial permit applications, upload digital documents, schedule inspections and pay fees.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — Pasco County Central Permitting is making the building permitting process easier for customers by accepting commercial permit applications electronically through its upgraded, online permitting portal PascoGateway.
This new process allows customers to apply for commercial permit applications, upload digital documents for review, schedule inspections and pay fees online.
Customers can drop off documents at any of our three Central Permitting locations through Oct. 1. However, beginning Oct. 2, the following commercial permit applications will be available online only through PascoGateway:

- Commercial Plans Revisions
- Commercial Phasing

Pasco County Central Permitting uses PascoGateway to facilitate nearly all building permitting-related transactions. Applicants must register for an account, if they don’t already have one, before applying for a permit. For registration instructions, visit the PascoGateway training page.
