Pasco Jeep Owners: Volunteer For Sheriff's Emergency Task Force
When a disaster strikes, a Jeep can be just the tool emergency responders need to get to where they need to be.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — The Pasco County Sheriff's Office is calling out to the county's Jeep owners, asking volunteers to join the Volunteer Jeep Search and Rescue Unit. "When times are rough, we need the tough!" they said on their Facebook.
When emergency services need help getting to hard-to-reach places during a disaster or search and rescue, Jeep owners could be the transportation they need to be effective.
The sheriff's office said there's "an emphasis on Search and Rescue, by performing duties related to missing persons, evidence searches, flood and other disaster assistance, when its special team skills are required."
