Student, 13, Made Threats To Kill: Pasco Sheriff’s Office
A 13-year-old is accused of making written threats to kill, the Pasco Sheriff's Office said.
HUDSON, FL — A 13-year-old student at Hudson Academy was arrested for making written threats to kill, the Pasco Sheriff’s Office wrote in a Tuesday afternoon social media post.
There is no public safety threat to the school.
The public school caters to fourth- and eighth-grade students, according to the academy’s Facebook page.

“PSO reminds parents, guardians and students about the consequences of making threats, which can include possible legal ramifications, including arrest,” the sheriff’s office said. “We want to take this opportunity to remind all students and families that threats of violence, even hoax threats, are taken extremely seriously. PSO once again urges parents and guardians to speak with their children about these consequences.”
