Student Who Brought Gun To High School Arrested: Pasco Sheriff’s Office
A student was arrested for having a gun on the campus of a Pasco County high school, the sheriff's office said.
ZEPHYRHILLS, FL — A student was arrested Monday for having a gun on campus at Zephyrhills High School, the Pasco Sheriff’s office said in a news release.
The student’s age and gender wasn’t provided by the agency.
The school activated its active threat plan after receiving a report that a student might have been in possession of a weapon.

Deputies responded to campus, and the gun was secured and the student was taken into custody, PSO said.
Campus resumed normal operations after this and students were dismissed without further incident.
