PORT RICHEY, FL — A 13-year-old boy is in critical condition following an early Thursday morning crash on Ridge Road.  According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Rocco Chicarilli, 37, of New Port Richey was heading westbound in the inside lane of Ridge Road around 6:28 a.m. Oct. 13. As Chicarilli approached the intersection with Congress Street in a Hyundai Tucson, Gabrial Rodriguez of Port Richey ran across the road, troopers said.    The patrol said Rodriguez ran into Chicarilli's path and was subsequently struck by the Tucson. Rodriguez was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries, a highway patrol report said. Chicarilli suffered minor injuries, but was not hospitalized.    No charges were reported and no further information is being released at this time.    Photo courtesy of the Florida Highway Patrol
