Toddler’s Near Drowning Under Investigation
A 2-year-old child has been airlifted following a Monday morning near drowning in Port Richey.
PORT RICHEY, FL — The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the near drowning of a 2-year-old in Port Richey Monday morning.
According to the agency, deputies and Pasco County Fire Rescue were called to Heath Drive around 11:40 a.m. May 15 about the incident.
The child was recovered and airlifted to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
