Tricyclist Dies After Pasco County Crash: FL Highway Patrol
A woman riding a tricycle was killed in a crash in Dade City early Sunday morning, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
DADE CITY, FL — A tricyclist died after an early Sunday morning crash in Dade City, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.
An SUV traveling west on Long Avenue overtook and hit the tricyclist, a 46-year-old Dade City woman, west of 15th Street just before 2 a.m.
The tricyclist had no lights at the time of the crash, FHP said.

The woman was brought to an area hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
Troopers didn’t say whether the SUV driver, a 43-year-old Dade City man, was injured.
