Troopers Seek Driver Who Struck, Killed Pedestrian On Little Road

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A 66-year-old Elfers man was killed Monday night when he walked into the path of two vehicles on Little Road.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 7:30 p.m. a car driven by a 52-year-old Hudson woman and a car driven by an unknown person were headed south on Little Road, south of DeCubellis Road, when the Elfers man walked into the road and was struck by both cars.

He died at the scene.

Following the crash, the Hudson woman remained at the scene but the second car fled.

It is described as a dark-colored sedan or SUV.
