Woman Killed In Crash With Tesla: Florida Highway Patrol
A New Port Richey woman died after a crash with a Tesla Model 3 Friday in Pasco County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A 73-year-old New Port Richey woman died after a crash with a Tesla Model 3 Friday evening on Little Road, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.
The Tesla, driven by a 45-year-old Osprey man, was traveling north on the road around 9:20 p.m.
At the same time, the car, driven by a 75-year-old New Port Richey man was heading south on Little Road, FHP said. At the intersection of Heritage Lakes Boulevard, he turned into the path of the Tesla, which hit him.

Both drivers suffered minor injuries in the crash
The woman, a passenger in the car, was brought to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries, FHP said.
