An Evening of Jazz with Rose Bilal will take place Friday, March 8 at 6 p.m. at the New Tampa Regional Library, 10001 Cross Creek Blvd. in Tampa.
In this program, Rose Bilal performs jazz reminiscent of the style of Sarah Vaughan and Ella Fitzgerald. During the 1960s, Bilal was an opener for the O'Jays, The Delphonics, Chubby Checker and many other great acts.
