Free Gun Class Extended to Hillsborough Teachers
The offer is being extended to Hillsborough teachers after 200 Pinellas teachers took the course, a requirement to carry a concealed weapon.

More than 200 Pinellas County teachers accepted an offer for a free gun safety class. Now, Hillsborough County teachers will get the chance, WTSP Ch. 10 is reporting.
International Executive Protection of Tampa Bay will provide for free a special "concealed carry" class to Hillsborough County teachers, accoring to WTSP. The class will take place at Safety Harbor VFW Post No. 10093, located at 965 Harbor Lake Court in Safety Harbor.
The all-day class will run on Saturday, March 30, starting at 11 a.m. The value of the class is $75 but the cost is being wiaved for teachers who bring a valid school ID card.
An NRA certified instructor teaches the four-hour class, which is a requirement for obtaining at concealed weapons permit in Florida.
