New Mexican Restaurant Coming to Tampa Palms

Mateo Ramos, who comes from a culinary family plans to open his own restaurant in the New Tampa area, according to a report on TBO.com. He plans to open Casa Ramos in the space that Sushi Tsu Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar used to call home at 15363 Amberly Drive. 

Ramos tells TBO.com that he is hoping to move to the New Tampa area soon. The new cuisine will be fresh and authentic, he promises.

“We won’t microwave and we won’t take anything out of a box,” Ramos tells TBO.com. “Everything will be prepared fresh.”
