Rejoice! Ciccio's Coming Back To New Tampa
Fans who lamented the closing of Ciccio's Lodge earlier this year may be getting what they wish for.
When Ciccio's Lodge closed earlier this year, many fans of the restaurant posted on Patch and the Ciccio's Facebook page begging for them to return.
Now, those fans may be getting what they wish for. It looks like Ciccio's will be returning to the area in The Pointe Plaza, according to TBO.com.
"A sign in the window of the former World of Beer location at The Pointe plaza on Bruce B. Downs Boulevard just south of Interstate 75 says Ciccio's will open there this fall," says the post on TBO.com
When the old Ciccio's closed, they posted the news on their Facebook page.
“Due to an inability to come to mutually favorable terms with our lease, we have been forced to close our doors,” the restaurant wrote on its Facebook page.
Ciccio's is also planning to open in the Bloomingdale and Brandon area at Winthrop Plaza.
