Silver Alert Issued For Thonotosassa Man
Hillsborough County deputies are asking for helping bringing home an 80-year-old man who disappeared Thursday morning.
THONOTOSASSA, FL — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking folks for help locating an 80-year-old man who was reported missing from the Thonotosassa area Thursday morning. According to the agency, Dennis Truluck left his Morris Bridge Road home around 8:30 a.m. June 8 to take out the trash, and hasn't been seen since.
“After an hour, Truluck’s wife could not find him,” the sheriff’s office wrote in an email to media.
Authorities were called in, and deputies soon discovered Truluck’s silver 2006 Chevrolet pickup was also missing from the home. The truck has Florida tag number Y00FSK on it. The truck has a toolbox in the back.

“His current whereabouts are unknown, but he may be traveling to Brooksville or Lake City,” the sheriff’s office noted.
Anyone who has seen Dennis Truluck or his pickup truck is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 813-247-8200.
