Terrace Community School Trio Ace History Bowl

Three Terrace Community Middle School students made some history of their own when they trounced their competition at the Middle School History Bowl.

A trio of students from Terrace Community Middle School would have no problem coming up with the answers to these history questions.

Varun Madabushi, Aren Saini and Anshruta Dhanashekar recently garnered first place in the state Middle School History Bowl, qualifying for the National Middle School History Bowl in Arlington, Va., in May.

The students also competed in the High School History Bee where Madabushi won third place, qualifying for the National High School History Bee April 27-28, also in Arlington.

Located at 11734 Jefferson Rd., Thonotosassa, Terrace Community Middle School was ranked #1 middle school in Hillsborough County and seventh in the state by the Florida Department of Education based on the results of the 2010-2011 FCAT scores.
