Thief Cuts Convertible Top to Enter Locked Car, Steal iPad
The car was parked in an unlocked garage.

A New Tampa resident is missing an Apple iPad after someone broke into a car by cutting the convertible top.
The incident occurred April 9 in the Bristol Place Apartments, 15210 Amberly Drive, according to the Tampa Police Department.
The burglar entered the resident’s unlocked garage, cut through the car’s convertible top to unlock the door, and took the iPad, which is valued at $700, police said.
