1. Winter Park Village has announced nine new tenants at its complex located at 510 North Orlando Avenue. Tenant's include Jeni's Ice Cream, Bar Italia, Ashley Snell Collection, Advent Health Well, and more. (Bungalower)
2. Seminole State College's Sanford/Lake Mary campus was locked down Monday morning after deputies received a report of a “suspicious person armed on campus,” according to the sheriff’s office. The college tweeted at 11:30 a.m., “Law enforcement has instructed us to lock down.” The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office said they received a report of someone with a possible weapon on campus. 3. Orlando police are investigating a shooting that ended in vehicle pursuit on Sunday. According to police, the shooting took place near the 6900 block of Kindspointe Parkway. One of the cars involved in the shooting was seen by an OPD officer fleeing the area.
4. Donut company Krispy Kreme plans to build a new location at 638 N. Alafaya Trail in the Alafaya Towers shopping center, according to Orange County documents. The proposal includes a 1,400-square-foot site with a drive-thru. (Subscription: Orlando Business Journal, Free: Orlando Weekly)
5. Barbarella is moving into an industrial park near The Packing District and Grill's Lakeside, between Orange Blossom Trail and John Young Parkway at 4141 John Young Parkway. The owners expect to reopen in the new warehouse home as early as April 16. (Bungalower)
