Colliers | U.S. Names Brokerage Market Leader for Orlando

Colliers | U.S. announced today that Alexander Evans has joined the company as Managing Director and Market Leader for its brokerage operations in Orlando, Florida. In his new role, Evans will oversee all brokerage operations, recruitment, retention and business development. He will report to Stephanie Rodriguez, National Director, Industrial Services | U.S. and Executive Managing Director | Florida.

Evans brings more than 16 years of experience in management roles as well as in the execution of commercial real estate brokerage transactions and development. In his previous role as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Tricor Realty, an Orlando-based developer, he oversaw leasing and sales for properties across five states. He was also involved in driving revenue growth and enhancing efficiency. Prior to that, he spent a significant portion of his career at Weingarten Realty where he was ultimately Area Vice President for Central and North Florida.
