1. The Orlando Police Department and Orlando Fire spent Tuesday morning removing a submerged vehicle from a retention pond along I-4 off Gore Street and Division Avenue. The driver said he was he was in a hurry to get to work at around 4 a.m. when the incident happened. (WFTV)
2. The sixth annual ‘CommUNITY Rainbow Run’ has been announced for June 4 in memory of those who lost their lives at the Pulse Nightclub shooting, according to the group's website. The event is meant to help memorialize the 2016 Pulse Nightclub shooting in which 49 people were killed and 58 more were injured. (Click Orlando)
3. A woman reported $40,000 was fraudulently charged to her American Express card through her Apple watch that she lost on a ride at Epcot, according to a report from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office received the incident report on April 14 after the woman said her Apple watch fell from the Seas with Nemo & Friends ride at Epcot. (Click Orlando)
4. Walmart customers in six states across the country, including those in Orlando will soon be able to have their orders delivered by drone in under 30 minutes. DroneUp will be the first large-scale drone delivery network in the country and is expected to cover 34 regions by the end of the year, possibly serving up to 4 million homes in the U.S.A. 5. The night before the Michelin Guide presents its stars to Florida restaurants in Orlando, Michelin star hopeful Immersion at London House will host a collaborative dinner with two Michelin-starred Washington, D.C., restaurant Jônt on Wednesday, June 8. Only 20 seats are being made available for the ultra-exclusive meal at $895 per person. (Orlando Weekly)
