1. RunDisney welcomed back hundreds of athletes Friday for the 2021 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend. The race weekend has a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Disney Two Course Challenge. (Click Orlando)

2. Need plans this weekend? PhilFest is celebrating 25 years of Philippine food and culture this weekend through Sunday at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center in Tampa. The event was canceled multiple times over the pandemic and is finally back. Make sure to bring cash for food and items. Admission is $6 and free for children under 5 and veterans. (CarlosEats.com)
3. DeSantis Wins Again: An administrative judge has ruled against school boards across the state, saying the Florida Department of Health (DOH) has the authority to set rules on quarantines and mask mandates. Deputy Chief Judge Brian Newman said the DOH decides what restrictions go into place to combat a pandemic. (Florida Politics)
4. Jeremiah's Italian Ice is launching four new holiday flavors this weekend in Orlando. The new flavors are Pumpkin Pie, Spicy Hot Chocolate, Candy Cane and Gingerbread. They are offering a flight of all four flavors for $7.99. (Orlando Weekly)
5. Real estate data company Zillow plans to offload nearly 500 homes in Orlando after announcing a shut down of its homebuying operations. The homes were part of an ill-fated program that led to the company to buy thousands of homes across the nation. (WFTV)
6. The Festival of Trees holiday event is returning to Orlando Museum of Art from November 13th to November 21st. Each day will have special events planned and 40 custom-decorated Christmas trees and holiday wreaths available for purchase. (Bungalower)
