1. A federal judge has tossed the first challenge to Florida's law dissolving Disney's Reedy Creek special district. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of residents of Orange and Osceola counties argued that the dissolution would result in increased taxation for residents forced to bear maintenance costs formerly handled by the Walt Disney World theme park. (Orlando Weekly)

2. SoDough Square, a new Detroit-style pizzeria, will open for business today. The new concept by Detroit-born Tin and Taco founder Rob Bair is located directly adjacent to his SoDo location at 419 E. Michigan Street. (Bungalower)

3. The battle over a local yearbook and the right to protest has come to an end. Lyman High School students will receive a complete yearbook without covered photos and captions regarding Florida's "Don't Say Gay" bill. The Seminole County Public Schools board voted unanimously Tuesday night to put disclaimer stickers in the yearbook instead of covering three photos from a student-led walkout with stickers. 4. A woman accused of forcing her children to drink bleach, killing one of them, is expected to face charges in Osceola County. Deputies said she called a family member and told them she forced her two daughters to drink bleach and choked one of them. Police say she also planned to kill herself and allegedly consumed bleach as well. (WESH)

5. The Orange County Sheriff's Office has released body camera video of the April 30 standoff between deputies and an armed woman at the McDonalds on South Orange Blossom Trail (OBT). In the video, deputies can be heard saying: "Put the gun on the ground and walk outside with both hands up in the air and you will not be harmed." (WESH)
