Here are the top stories today in Orlando:

1. A 13-year-old teenager who was expelled from Orange County private school, Champion Preparatory Academy, was arrested after making a school shooting threat while on a video chat with other students, according to the sheriff’s office. The teenager is charged with written or electronic threats to kill, do bodily injury, or conduct a mass shooting, which is a second-degree felony. (Click Orlando)

2. Knife Burger by Chef John Tesar is coming to Orlando's JW Marriott Grande Lakes. Tesar is a four-time James Beard Award semifinalist. The burgers are known for being affordable and cheap, while providing quality. (Orlando Weekly)

3. Deadwords Brewing is now open in Parramore. It was built in the former Al's Army Store at 23 N. Orange Blossom Trail (OBT) and will feature rotating house drafts. The name comes from a 4,000-year-old beer recipe called the “Hymn to Ninkasi." (Bungalower)

4. Coyotes have recently been spotted in Poinciana according to Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's Division of Law Enforcement. Protect yourself by securing garbage cans, cleaning up pet food and fallen fruit, and keeping pets in an enclosed area. (Osceola News-Gazette)

5. Florida is adding preventative monoclonal antibody therapy options across the state with 10 sites offering it. On December 8th, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an emergency use authorization for Evusheld for the prevention of COVID-19 in certain populations 12 years of age and older.
