1. Volusia County deputies now believe a man previously identified as a person of interest in a fatal shooting at an IHOP is the gunman. Deputies said Monday they were able to get an arrest warrant for 31-years-old Sammy McKnight Jr. on a charge of second-degree murder. (Click Orlando)
2. A housing developer is suing the City of Apopka for declining a permit to build affordable housing in the sprawling town's planned city center. During a meeting in May, Apopka Mayor Bryan Nelson said that they hoped the site would be used for luxury apartments. (Orlando Weekly)
3. A new restaurant concept called Mexican Poke Soul is opening in downtown Orlando soon. It will be at 255 South Orange Avenue, Suite #109 and feature a mixture of Mexican and Asian cuisine. (Bungalower)
4. Universal Orlando Resort officials recently confirmed that a different Mummy would be coming to a highly-anticipated attraction later this year. The attraction closed down in January for renovations. (Inside The Magic)
5. CareerSource Central Florida is hosting a job fair in Lake County this week. The event will take place on Thursday, June 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Venetian Center in Leesburg. There are more than 300 job openings available. (WFTV)

- A Brevard County woman, 47-year-old Madeline Barker, is facing charges for a pepper spray attack on four women along with anti-Asian remarks in New York City. (WESH)
