Here are the top stories today in Orlando:
1. Italian chain Spoleto is returning to Orlando as a ghost kitchen with pickup and delivery-only. The Brazil-based chain abruptly shuttered all Central Florida locations in 2020 when the pandemic hit. (Orlando Weekly)

2. A used book store called Joybird Books is opening in Audubon Park next month, according to a social media post by the store. Visitors can find works from local authors as well as Spanish-language pieces in addition to used books. (Bungalower)
3. Alarming bodycam footage shows Eustis Police tasing a young man with severe autism several times. The family of 20-year-old Louis Grahai is outraged. Officers said they were responding a 911 call from a woman who says she was chased by Grahai and that he was attempting to enter her home. (Patch Orlando)
4. Several projects in Indian River Lagoon are working to restore the area from a loss of seagrass in an effort to help manatees. The City of Satellite Beach replanted an acre of seagrass as part of the project and organizers are also working to put down clams and oysters to naturally clean the water. More work is needed, though. (WMFE)
5. Midwest restaurant concept Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews is opening near Walt Disney World’s All-Star Movies Resort and is looking to fill more than 100 jobs by November. The concept is based in Fargo, North Dakota, and began in 2012. It currently has 7 other locations. (Click Orlando)
