1. An Orlando city official removed a brick etched with ‘KKK’ from Eola Drive in the Park Lake-Highland neighborhood. City Commissioner Patty Sheehan and her friend removed the brick and replaced it. (WESH)

2. An Orange County Sheriff’s Office civilian was working off-duty on Saturday morning monitoring a lane closure when his marked vehicle was hit by another car. The civilian was taken to a hospital where he later died. (WFTV)

3. Crealde School of Art has announced a new exhibit that will share the works of 8 Crealde master class students. The students traveled to New Mexico to document the cultural heritage and sites of people living on the Historic Santa Fe Trail. (Bungalower)

4. Five surgeons at Orlando Health recently became Fellows of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) during their Convocation ceremony at the College’s virtual Clinical Congress 2021. 5. City of Orlando's goal is to have all 3,000 of its vehicles running on alternative fuels by 2030 and plans to spend millions of dollars to reach it. $4.5 million has already been spent so far on the change. The city currently uses 860,000 gallons of gasoline every year. (Click Orlando)
