1. The OnePULSE Foundation is looking for a person who vandalized the memorial outside the former Orlando nightclub. Cameras show a person in a wheelchair rolling up to a section of the memorial and setting it on fire. (Fox 35 Orlando)

2. Orlando's EnjoyRise has its first automatic salad-vending machine now running. Guests can create their own salad bowl from 22 different ingredients stored in 22 refrigerated canisters. The vending machine is at Aspire Health headquarters. (Orlando Weekly)
3. Swirlery Wine Bar is co-hosting an after-party event called Vino and Vets for the annual Veterans Day event and parade in downtown Orlando. The event will feature live DJs, guest speakers, a silent auction, and plenty of wine. (Bungalower)
4. Orange County school district is offering the COVID-19 vaccine to families including kids this week after CDC approval was greenlighted. The first round is Tuesday, November 9th at Apopka, Boone, Evans, Freedom, Ocoee and University high schools from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (WFTV)
5. Florida is facing a shortage of mental health counselors just as the need is growing for services. Senator Anna Maria Rodriguez (R-Doral) is pushing to make changes that would help bridge the gap. (WMFE)

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has launched a lawsuit against the Biden Administration over the constitutionality of the employer COVID-19 vaccine mandate by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The lawsuit was filed Friday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. (Patch Florida)
