1.. A Marion County elementary school teacher was arrested Tuesday after bringing MDMA to school, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office. According to an affidavit, the Hammett Browne Elementary School resource officer was notified by a school administrator that 37-year-old Hiromi Adams was exhibiting concerning behavior. 2. The Watermark at Vistawilla, an assisted living and memory care community in Winter Springs, hosted a resident walk on the Cross Seminole Trail for National Walking Day on April 6th. To celebrate National Walking Day, associates accompanied residents on a brisk walk on the trail and provided encouragement along the way. (Orlando Patch)
3. Two people were shot outside an Orlando hotel on Thursday at around 11 a.m. at Home Suite Home at East Colonial Drive and Primrose Drive. Police say a suspect shot at a vehicle, injuring the driver and passenger. Two men were taken to the hospital in stable condition. (WESH)
4. Sanford police are looking for several people after two teenagers were shot and killed at an apartment complex in the middle of the afternoon. The shooting happened at the Overlook at Monroe Apartments, near Central Florida Regional Hospital. Both teens were rushed to a hospital, where they later died. (WFTV)
