Here are the top five stories in Orlando today:

1. The Orlando Magic will pick first in the NBA draft for the first time since 2004. The draw was held under the NBA's lottery system and Orlando's number was called in the coveted first spot. (Orlando Weekly)

2. New ramps to and from a popular Lake Mary road could be in the works for Florida Department of Transportation's planned improvements to I-4 in northern Seminole County. Initial plans call for new ramps to and from Lake Emma Road in Lake Mary, while projects are currently underway in Orange County and Osceola County. (Spectrum News 13)

3. Orange County Government announced a new three-year, $4 million partnership with the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College last week. Funding for the program came from the American Rescue Act passed by Congress. (Bungalower)

4. The Orange County courthouse reopened after an unattended item caused a partial evacuation Wednesday morning. The fire department's arson and bomb squad responded to reports of an unattended item outside the courthouse. (WESH)

5. Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort has revealed the first house for this year's premiere Halloween event, featuring The Wolf Man, Dracula and The Mummy. This will be the first time ever the classic horror icons come together in the all-new "Universal Monsters: Legends Collide" haunted house. (Fox 35 Orlando)
