1. Orlando Meats will be hosting a special pop-up on Thursday, April 21, starting at 7 p.m. at The Guesthouse located at 1321 North Mills Avenue. The pop-up event will go until food runs out, so get there early. (Bungalower)
2. A man and a boy were injured late Saturday night as they were shot at while walking into a Metro West-area restaurant, The Juicy Crab, according to the Orlando Police Department. The victims, described by Orlando police as an adult male and a juvenile male, were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. (Click Orlando)
3. Deputies say one man is dead after he was found with stab wounds at an Orange County gas station Saturday. The man was found by authorities at Amoco Gas Station at 601 North John Young Parkway at around 1 p.m. (WESH)
4. AdventHealth University is now one of 29 colleges and universities in Florida to earn a designation for its service to Hispanic students. It is now recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI). HSIs are defined as institutions with 25% or more Hispanic undergraduate full-time enrollment. (WFTV)
5. Hundreds of cancelations left many frustrated passengers stuck at Orlando International Airport. More than 300 flights at Orlando International Airport were canceled on Saturday due to severe weather and Southwest's technical issues. Frustrated passengers waited in line for hours to find out their flight had been canceled. (Fox 35 Orlando)

- More than 130 flights have been cancelled so far at OIA by Sunday, according to airport staff. Those cancellations include 78 arrivals and 61 departures. This after hundreds of flights were cancelled yesterday because of weather. (Twitter)
