1. Osceola County School District is accusing a consultant it hired of choosing an insurance company that shot up health care costs for the district while the consultant allegedly collected nearly $4 million from insurance carriers in secret. (Florida Politics)
2. Florida State Representative Jim Mooney (R-Miami) filed House Bill 537 that would allow landlords to accept monthly payments instead of a deposit. It could help renters find a place to live and Mooney says is a framework open to changes. (Spectrum News 13)
3. AdventHealth suspended the COVID-19 vaccine mandate in place for employees Thursday. It said recent court decisions were a part of that decision. The company says it will "continue to monitor the ongoing litigation regarding the federal law." (Click Orlando)
4. A TikTok of The Grinch interacting with a guest at Universal has gone viral. The Grinch roasts theme park reporter Alessa Dufresne over her eyelashes in the video before complimenting her makeup in the video. (Orlando Weekly)
5. A woman says she spotted a man filming her in a restroom on University of Central Florida's (UCF) main campus Monday, according to a statement from UCF police. An investigation is underway. (WESH)
