1. The Hispanic Federation announced from Orlando a $1 million pledge for nonprofit organizations working to help and support the Latinx LGBTQ + community, days after the remembrance of the Pulse shooting. The initiative support approximately 20 groups through a grants of up to $50,000. (Click Orlando)

2. Universal Orlando has announced that it will open two escape rooms in a new experience for guests this fall. The rooms will be themed around the popular Jurassic World and Back to the Future films. Tickets will go on-sale in the next few months. (Fox 35 Orlando)

3. The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida says this fiscal year, which ends June 30, it will have helped 1,365 people find permanent housing as demand for help surges. "Those who find themselves on the brink of homelessness or homeless are definitely struggling more than they would have a year ago," said Allison Krall, CEO of the organization. (WESH)

4. Pups Pub, a membership-only dog park and bar from Tampa, is opening in Orlando on July 1 at 317 North Orange Avenue. It will feature a a full liquor bar, 22 televisions, and a fenced-in dog park with windows, fans outside, and air-conditioning inside. (Bungalower)

5. A local business with ties to the onePULSE Foundation has purchased two pieces of property alongside the Pulse nightclub. Orange County real estate records show the company purchased land on Esther and Kaley streets next to the nightclub. (WESH)
