1. Orlando Science Center will host a wreath ceremony on November 11th, Veteran’s Day at Red Tails Monument. It will include brief remarks from Tom Mirek with Lockheed Martin, JoAnn Newman with Orlando Science Center, and Michael McKenzie with Vision of Flight. (Bungalower)

2. A new survey from Rent.com says Orlando has one of the highest number of donut shops per capita with 23 stores per every 100,000 residents. The criteria includes the number of donut shops compared to all businesses, the number of donut shops per square mile, and the number of donut shops per population. (Click Orlando)

3. Oviedo High School's homecoming dance this past weekend ended early after a rumor of an armed student spooked attendees. Principal Trent Daniel sent a message to parents explaining the situation. No gun was found and the rumor was ruled to be unwarranted. (Orlando Weekly)

4. Orlando police are investigating a shooting that happened Saturday night at a Waffle House parking lot on International Drive. The incident started with a man and woman arguing, who were then approached by another car. The shooter remained at the scene until police arrived and is cooperating with the investigation. (WFTV)

5. Central Florida mom, Paola Gambini, was reunited with her newborn after 85 days in the hospital from COVID-19. She had to undergo an emergency C-section and then was under treatment for months. (WESH)
