Longtime customer Mort Margolis lives nearby. He was relaxing in a chair outside the gas station on a recent sunny day, waiting for mechanics to finish working on his car.

"I keep coming back. He gives great service and he has great mechanics," said Margolis.

"I have total and complete trust in him," said Linda Studley, who was sitting next to Margolis and brought her car to Bill's for the first time in 1990.

"There were many occasions where they could have ripped me off, but never did. I completely trust them."

Studley says one thing she really likes about Bill's is the good old-fashioned customer service. Someone from Bill's always gives her a ride to the gas station to pick up her car.
